Intro to Brandon

Hello my name is Brandon Hudson, and i am from the little town of Perryville Missouri. I am currently a biology major and am not clearly certain on what kind of work I wish to do when i graduate. I am a twenty-two year old man that took two semesters at SEMO right after I graduated high school and for some reason I thought that partying and drinking were more important than school so after my first DWI I decided to take a break from school and basically work my butt off to pay for the legal things associated with having a DWI. It didn't help because after one long day at work i decided to have a few drinks at a close friends house. I felt sober as a bird so I made the stupid decision of driving home lets just say that two blocks from the house i got pulled over for a BS reason. Before you judge me to harshly i literally had two drinks at my friends house and i blew a .083 yes folks .003 over the legal limit which apparently warrants thirty days in jail a lot of heft fines and a few year loss of my license. After all of that I'm finally mature enough and have a mindset that can motivate me through college and the rest of my life. My goals for this class are, To help me refresh my memory on how to compose a grammatically and mechanically correct piece of writing, To help me learn better writing and online skills, and to better prepare myself for future classes as well as just the future itself.

  1. Brandon, I'm glad you've learned from the past and are making an effort to resume your education. Also, to help you improve your sentence structure and grammar, try to write your future entries more formally. Your last couple sentences, for example, are more formally written and thus more grammatically correct. So, I know you're capable!

  2. Brandon I think it is awesome that you have turned your life around and figured out the important things that will benefit you in your future. Everyone makes mistakes and I sometimes believe the reason is to "show you" the direction you should go. Some never "wake up". Great Job!
